“I liked the property and location. I also knew what I was getting when I booked the room, as I've stayed here previously, and enjoyed each stay. What I wasn't expecting after the Expedia website showed a 'final price all fees included' was a $60.00 fee added on "by the hotel for the pool, exercise room blah, blah, blah".”

“We had an amazing time! This place is your own little piece of heaven! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would enjoy going back!”

“This was a charming place to stay, very quiet & exactly what we neded to refresh & recharge. Would highly recommend!”

“Best place we've stayed at so far in this area. Highly recommended!”

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The home was perfect, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It felt comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. There's a lot of space for your boat or jet skis, we will definitely go back.”

“The place was very nice and clean. Everything was very nice and comfortable. We came to fish and had a great time.”

“Our family only stayed one night. We booked last minute but it was exactly what we were looking for. The house was great! Plenty of space, great layout, and a fun cozy feel for our family. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, for accommodating us and for the great communication. Highly recommend!”

“Host was very accommodating and came by fast to resolve one small issue. Loved this place! Screened in porch was great, we were able to watch beautiful lighting storms and my dad could still watch us fish and swim off the dock. We had a memorable mini family vacation here and would love to come back. We saw a school of catfish, manatees, pelicans diving into the water, dolphins, and incredible sunsets. Rain or shine this is the place to be!”

“Fabulous! Perfect for a quick family getaway. Many shops within walking distance”

“Super cute and very clean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The town of Matlacha is great and everyone is very friendly. ”

“Everything was great. I only rate the master bedroom bed a 5 out of 10. In need of replacement. Building #2 room 4”

“Great location. Everything was very clean, helpful staff, breakfast area look nice and clean and spacious but did not get to take advantage of it. Plenty of parking space. Only complaint was that the water pressure of the shower-head was not strong enough.”

“The best stay I've had in years. You can't go wrong. Amazing staff, room and location. I will book again and again ✔️”

“Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. Other then that our stay was 👌”
