“Food was excellent with a good variety over the 7 days we were here. The spa is incredible after a day skiing. The service was hit and miss. Our waiter was great but the night he was off the substitute waitress was terrible. We experienced two eye rolling moments, from the staff!! Once when they brought an incorrect water bottle. The second time on checkout at reception. We had paid €70 to use the spa after checkout (11am) and our airport transfer 2:45pm. They said they had run out for bathrobes……

“Ich durfte schon mehrmals mit meinen Enkelkindern unseren Urlaub in diesen wunderschönen ruhig gelegenen Hotel genießen. Auch in diesem Urlaub konnten wir es sehr schönes und wie immer sehr sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer mit Bergblick beziehen. Bei familiärer Atmosphäre und wieder sehr freundlichen Personal, welches keinen Wunsch offen ließ, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können auch die sehr abwechslungsreiche, super leckere Küche mit besonderen Schmankerln empfehlen und haben sie wie……
