"The pool needs more maintenance. There was alge on the sides. There was plenty of chlorine but it didn’t seem to have any phosphates!! Your cool deck isn’t very good, I felt my feet were getting way too hot. There was a glass bottle by the pool and the ne of the umbrellas didn’t work. "

"After I checked in, I visited the pool which was uncleaned and full of debris. Upon returning to my room, there was a maintenance worker inside that startled me. The manager called and apologized. I tried to take a shower and the water that came out smelled like sewage. Then I noticed the black mold on the walls in the bathroom. I should’ve checked out immediately, but I had a work function to attend. Returning later in the evening, I was met by several cockroaches on the walls and one on the bed. I almost never leave reviews, but this hotel is an actual public health hazard. "

"This place should be burned to the ground and rebuilt. The only good thing about this place is Juan, the night manager. He made checking in quick and easy. But, when i walked in my room i was met by 3 huge cockroaches!!! I didn't even put my bags down i closed the door and went back to the lobby and told Juan. He returned my deposit and was aware of the roach problem. The sad part was trying to get a refund from Hotels.com. After calling customer service I was told that I can just be moved to a different room, and they WILL NOT refund my money. After being on the phone for almost 3 HOURS I was told the best they can do is give me the cost of my room as a voucher that I cannot use until 3/21/26. I eventually got 4 hours of sleep in my car. All this after driving for 8 hours. I don't know who worse, Hotels.com customer service or this craphole hotel?"

"The property was clean, but tired. The carpet was stained and a bit "crunchy"- like the carpet had been cleaned one too many times. Air conditioning/heating was great. Staff was great. Had breakfast in the restaurant. Seemed pretty overpriced to me, but service was good."
