Staff is kind and helpful especially lady at the front desk in the morning(couldn’t get her name, curly hair) she’s is one of a kind. Location is really good as well since you can walk to Snow Summit or The Village if you feel like driving. Really satisfied with price-value at Big Bear."

"One of the nights we stayed in two different rooms and the floor was sticky from a soda spill or something liquid sticky try to get the housekeeper’s help, but they did not understand. English went to the office. The gentleman at the front desk grabbed a mop and mop the floor for us still ended up finding several sticky spots, but the fact that he jumped right in I really appreciated it."
