“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“Jeffrey was the best host I have ever met.. personable, welcoming, and responsive. He met us in person and made sure we were comfortable. He responded quickly to any questions we had. The rooms were set up with anything we might need.If anything, the room and gardens were above expectations. Everything felt artistic, eclectic, and lovingly curated over the years. After arriving we immediately changed plans for the evening. Instead of going out to meet friends for dinner, we flipped the table and……

“Came for a 3 day tournament. Fit our needs perfectly. Very roomy. Good location. Small odor issue with the dishwasher but other than that, we liked it. May return next year ”
