“We had such a magical time here. The room was so cute, very clean and overlooked beautiful, tall trees, which made it feel peaceful and private. The staff was incredibly helpful and even came out at night to help us turn the fire on. I’m a writer, and being surrounded by nature helped me get so much writing done. I also loved that it’s pet-friendly — and there was no extra charge or paperwork required to bring our dog. I can’t wait to return.”

“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“What was supposed to be a relaxing, first-time trip to Palm Springs turned into a very disappointing experience. During our stay, multiple restaurants and bars on the property were closed, and the pools were also unavailable. None of this was communicated to us ahead of time. We later found out that the majority of the hotel had been rented out to a large group, which clearly impacted the overall guest experience. “Bottom line -- Parker Palm Springs is a boutique resort with many attractive aspects -- room quality/comfort, restaurant quality, lovely grounds, and very pleasant staff. However for $2k/night, it falls way short. Parking/valet is poorly designed (constantly jammed up and car wait time is 10+ min), bathroom infrastructure is terrible, water runs hot and cold with no warning, TVs are not smart TVs so even though we were there, as many other guests were, for the Indian Wells Tournament, we……
