“Everything looks good, we loved the view from our room. ”

“The rain showerhead was tilted the wrong way so after finishing there was a huge puddle of water almost out to the bed. We adjusted it. Then the safe which worked fine at first wouldn't open. It kept saying error. The first girl couldn't fix it so I had to wait for someone else to take it apart. Then I came back at 4pm and our room was still not made up. Not a good first experience for our initial stay at your hotel.”

“Stayed for one night to attend an event in the area. Family of four, stayed in a one bedroom suite which was fantastic. Huge space, plenty of room for everyone, loved having the bedroom separate from the living area. Close to lots of shops and amenities, super convenient. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again if we need to be in the area. ”

“Charming small hotel. Enos was kind and helpful at check-in. Fun rooms display lots of creativity. Although it is older, it was comfortable and up-to-date in what we needed. There is also a fun bakery/coffee shop--Armida's-- next door. Easy walk to downtown restaurants.”

“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……
