“At breakfast the coffee machine was broken! They wanted to charge us for a teabag and hot water! We asked for our room to be cleaned with fresh towels, it was left untouched for the whole day until we came back in the evening. Eventually we got some clean towels and the bed was made. The staff need to have much better customer service. It’s the only hotel in Modiin so no competition!”
