Walk to.the beach was ugly, smelly, not at all in keeping with 5 star hotel. Safe was not working- repair man came and fixed it Coffee machine was not working and was replaced. Toilet flushing poor.

Parking is a catastrophe. The parking underneath the hotel does not even belong to them, and it costs almost as much as the room… There’s no valet parking and for five star hotel that’s unacceptable

The hotel was super clean. I am allergic so that is important to me. The room was on the medium size side, but fully adequate and modern with modern decor. We had their breakfast every morning and it was worth every penny. It was delicious, had an incredible variety of fresh fruit, vegetables, israeli food, eggs, a bakery worth of different breads, dips, and in general an amazing buffet. Highly recommend.

Exceeded all expectations
From the moment we checked in we were greeted by Arie, who was extremely friendly and helpful. A hotel staff member was offering complimentary glasses of wine and arak during check in, and we were given a voucher for two free cocktails. The BellaVista room was great, with a beautiful sea view, and the pool was fantastic. Located right across the street from the beach, and close to many great restaurants. Hotel breakfast was excellent with very attentive service throughout. Would definitely stay again.

Not again.
Pool closes at 6pm, Sauna even at 5pm. How shall I use this after a normal business day? That was the main reason why I booked the hotel. Also: staff is badly trained and not very interested in offering any good service - accept all Asians. They were amazingly friendly and helpful.
