I was charged for each entry and exit - and a promised call for "management" to rectify the extra cost doesn't seem to have materialized. \* The hotel lacks a fitness center. \* The breakfast is nice, but not quite at the level of variety as other business hotels in the country (sfr. The hotel was excellent in all respects, with the exception of the young man who handled my check in. He was rude and short with answers. I had booked a room with two beds. He refused to even check my reservation. He said he would have staff bring a rollaway bed to the room. I didn't spend $250 per night to have that kind of bed. There was a fire alarm one night and we all went to the lobby in a panic. He never told us when all was clear. I just happened to hear someone else mention it, but he never looked up from his phone. I would have fired him on the spot if I had been management. I love the hotel, and the rest of the staff were excellent, but his attitude and unwillingness to assist was totally unacceptable. Rooms well appointed and comfortable. It’s a very new hotel so still in soft launch and a few small issues around housekeeping.
