“Beautiful area.”

“The condo was great and in a location that made driving to downtown Durango very quick and easy. Parking was close to the unit, which was on a second story, accessible by stairs. The pool and hot tub were part of the community, not privately owned by the owner. They were clean; the hot tub was not jetted.”

“We enjoyed our stay”

“Comfortable”

“Host was quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we had. There was some technical issues getting in but we were able to get on the phone with someone quickly. The verbiage on the loft bed should be clarified - that you have to walk through the loft to get to the other bedroom. The bathroom door downstairs was jammed, and you had to really twist the door hard to get it open. ”

“Everything was great with our stay. Plenty of space to spread out for family of 5. Great parking situation and instructions. It’s close to the train station.”

“My host was responsive to my request and offered suggestions for local restaurants.”

“Clean and quiet! Loved the pool area and golf course was beautiful!”

“Clean, comfy, all the amenities! We will be back!”

“Great stay after several days in the Chicago Basin! The location was perfect.”

“The host was available to answer questions. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable.”

“place is perfectly located, and nice inside. Really needs a new mattress on the bed. Very old and lumpy. Bring your own mattress topper or ask the owner to replace before arriving. Your back will thank you.”

“Wonderful stay. Clean & well appointed for our needs. Very quiet with amazing natural beauty!”

“We really enjoyed the Mountain View’s and having access to the amenity center. The unit did not have AC but there were fans provided and the temperature dropped at night so we could sleep comfortably even though it was July. The parking pass was missing but the owner quickly got us a temporary parking pass from the amenity center front desk. The unit has a cleaning service that cleans between people who stay. I would say the beds were clean and the towels were nice. The grill was not cleaned……

“The property is at a great location, walking distance to the prime area of Durango downtown. It's right across the train station. The unit has all amenities, clean. It doesn't have any view, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. It had a dedicated parking space, which was great. The property management team was very quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. We requested for an early check-in which they accommodated. We had also requested a late checkout, which while they couldn't……

“We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to the venue.”

“Just 5 minutes from Ski resort, and 30 min from fine dining at Durango. Extremely clean and well supplied.”

“We were very sad to have to cancel our stay due to the wildfires in Colorado around our trip time. The condo was less than 50 miles from one large fire. We were concerned for air-quality being a danger to our daughter. The owner/manager was not helpful and would not refund the cost, unless the condo was evacuated. Finally, days later, they let us know they were giving the option to other condo rental in the area to move dates to August-Sept. This is terrible customer service.”
