“Really helpful stuff”

“This hotel has a very nice view and is a great choice for shooting or watching the stars. Their service staff is very friendly and will assist you very well with things to do at the top of the mountain to fix inconveniences. The rooms are slightly smaller than similarly priced hotels, but I think the starry sky at night definitely makes up for it, and the balcony on the side of the house offers a great starry sky experience. “My room was sparkling clean with a private bathroom. There was no place to hang anything in the bathroom and no shelves. There was a pedestal sink with a narrow edge. I had much difficulty setting out toiletries. There is only parking on the street which is often used by locals who frequent the bar across the street. When I returned from my daytime activities, I had to park at least a block away. On the weekends, the bar has live entertainment outside which is very noisy until about 9-10 pm. The……

“My room was very clean The breakfast was okay but one thing I did want was the green chili soup. I heard a lot of excellent reviews on that but unfortunately the two days I was there they did not make it. Parking was good. Pam, the front desk lady was very, very friendly and very helpful. I definitely would recommend staying here. Definitely the next time I come to Cortez I will stay there”

“We checked in early and Shamal was working at the counter. She was so present and helpful to us. She upgraded us because they only had us down for one bed, but we needed two and also the pool was out of service, so she put us in a suite. Very helpful.”

“Our room was very dirty. The carpet needs cleaning. There was black and blue stuff smeared on the sink and vanity. The arm chairs were very dirty. There was dirt on the walls. Our door had a hard time locking and staying shut. Very thankful the air conditioner worked very well. Amenities were sparse. What was there was useful. Staff we spoke to were great. Wish it was a better experience for what we paid.”

“Expedite doesn't have good communication with DBH , a communication gap I believe the was unable to get information at the establishments that matched what I paid for. I was disappointed and choose to stay else where and funds in this adventure.”

“Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!”
