“Worst breakfast ever! Limited options and limited amount for guests. Only ate breakfast there the first day. Booked this hotel to save $ on a meal and proximity to Sky Park. I also asked if a 1st floor room was available because my husband has a handicap. The front desk told me they were booked out but the parking lot was empty. I think you didn’t want to bother with the effort to change the accommodation. I forgot to request ADU when I booked the room.”

“This little cabin was perfect! You can see the main house from the driveway and front door, but with the direction of the home and an umbrella, you feel like you're all by yourself in the woods. There are some pups, but they were well behaved and didn't come around often. This is a great little cabin—perfect for a 2 person get-away—with all the amenities you will need. There was a coffee maker and tea, grill on the patio, and we were able to cook breakfast and dinner each day of our stay with……

“Quaint and beautiful historic hotel! Right in downtown Placerville. We loved strolling from the hotel to all the cute shops and antique stores along the row. Hotel itself was clean, well managed with friendly staff. Shower was hot with great pressure! We loved the antique look of the rooms. Bonus: if you like ghosts and spooky stories, this hotel is great! We loved watching the Portals to Hell episode about the hotel… in the hotel! Overall, fantastic experience.
