“Both room and hotel were very clean. My room was a little be noisy due to next to working space and dining area. Except that everything is very good to me.”

“The rooms were basic but clean and had all of the amenities like A/C, microwave and refrigerator in the room and coffee provided in the office so we had a very pleasant stay. A day after booking, I received a very confusing email about a property service fee that should have been included in my total Expedia cost. It must have been, since I didn't pay more than I expected but this confusion seemed totally unnecessary and should have been disclosed at the time I booked.”

“They’ve done some upgrades to the furnishings that is nice. GIANT BIG SCREEN if you’re into tv. The ice machine was broken. The shower head was old and should have also been replaced. Mattress and pillows were too soft for my personal taste, but that’s me. Overall, I’d give this a B. ”

“The Mav ! I loved my three day stay here while I explored Marfa and the Big Bend area. As a solo woman traveler, I found the Maverick Inn to be safe and secure, charming AF and my fave thing was being able to park so close to the door of my room. It was also a unique little adventure for my late check-in to get instructions at their sister hotel in a sealed envelope as if I was on a mission. [Just follow directions about check in and it is Easy!] I swam in the pool which is kept clean and……

“There were several good things about this place. The sky deck was very enjoyable. The little "cabin" is cute. The location is great for someone who needs to walk a dog. The owner made check in very easy. However, the bathroom floor and shower were not clean. (We wore our shoes) The microwave had to be moved and the top of it and the fridge were filthy. It was dirty behind the trash and in the corners of the room. The sheets and bedding didn't seem clean. We gave this place a 4 anyway because……

“This tiny home was exactly what we were looking for while we stayed the night in Alpine. Everything was as expected and even better. Communication with Kimberly was great. The only thing I’d say is that the outside tables are a bit small for tall people and they were a bit loose but overall still a great little outdoor area and we took advantage of the fire pit which was great too! The water heater for the shower is a bit tricky as well so maybe some instructions on that and the AC would be……

“My daughter and I had w wonderful stay for the weekend. Short drive to Big Bend for fabulous hike. Yurt has everything you could possibly need! The bed was so comfy! My daughter really loved the decor! Especially the bed frame. Actually curious where I could purchase? Lol. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place!”
