“Tile in bathroom not finished, wasn’t impressed to receive a handicapped room”

“This hotel, it turns out, had only been open to guests 1 day. They were not prepared. Ssud they had no luggage carts. Workers still onsite painting. No exterior lights Staff was very apologetic, but offered no remedies.”

“New, beautiful hotel. Rooms were great, comfortable beds, super clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. (Didn't try breakfast.) We will definitely stay there again. ”

“Room was impressively clean but the road noise was equally impressive. Wow. Most disappointing was when hotel clerk broke the cardinal rule of announcing our room number out loud to the other person in the small check-in area. Then when we reached the room, the security locking feature on the door did not work. Unacceptable. She did agree to move us to another room. There is absolutely nothing around this place and if you don’t have transportation ordering pizza seems to be the only option. ”
