Steps to Endymion and Zulu Parades during Mardi Gras!
North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.
If you have any questions about the neighborhood, please send us a message!

Trashcans located at the street in front of the property.
New Orleans in fall carries its own kind of magic - the air softens, festivals fill the calendar, and the city settles into an easy rhythm that makes it genuinely hard to leave. This Mid-City home puts you right in the middle of it: natural light throughout the rooms, a private entrance off the street, and a fully fenced backyard and balcony ready whenever you need a moment away from the city’s pace.
Living space
The single-level layout is easy to move through from the moment you arrive. Central air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan keep the home comfortable year-round, while a dedicated workspace with a closing door makes this a practical base for remote work or extended visits. Self check-in via smart lock means arrivals happen on your own schedule, and an exterior Ring camera at the front door adds peace of mind throughout your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, each with room-darkening shades to ease the morning light and a walk-in closet alongside additional closet space so everyone can properly unpack and settle in. Bed linens are provided throughout.
Bathroom
Two bathrooms are stocked with the essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. A bathtub is also available for a longer soak after a full day on the streets.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen handles everything from a strong morning coffee to a proper home-cooked dinner. A Frigidaire refrigerator and freezer, GE electric stove and single oven, microwave, and dishwasher take care of the heavy lifting. A drip coffee maker comes stocked with coffee, and a toaster, baking sheet, and complete set of cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper - cover the details. Dishes, silverware, and all the utensils you’ll need are provided and ready to go.
Outdoor & extras
Step outside to the balcony or the fully fenced backyard for a quiet spot to decompress between plans. The property also has a private outdoor pool, available year-round and open around the clock, with pool toys included. In-unit washer and dryer, ironing supplies, and cleaning products are all provided, and cleaning is available during your stay for longer visits. Families with young children can request a pack ‘n play or travel crib and a folding high chair, and babysitter recommendations are on hand. The HDTV and wifi keep evenings easy when you’re ready to slow down.
