“Excellent stay all around!”

“Lobby area smelled like cigarette smoke. Elevator had a very odd smell. Room was nice except for ac unit - fan area was very dirty.”

“Honestly disappointed AC leaking Towels dirty Tub floor rough Will not be staying here again”

“Easy for us to get around in New Castle. Ladies at the front desk are efficient.”

“On. main highway just off insterstate interchange close to centre of town , free parking”

“The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, and the breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety of options. However, there were a couple of issues that affected my stay. The bathroom door would not stay open, which was inconvenient, and the elevator was dirty throughout my entire stay and appeared not to have been cleaned. Overall, the friendly staff and decent breakfast were positives, but I think the cleanliness of the elevator and the bathroom door should be addressed.”

“The king bed was very comfortable for me. The room was much darker and quieter while sleeping than where I usually stay. The tables, fridge, microwave could've been a bit cleaner. Towels and bath mat were stained but the bathroom was clean for the most part. I didn't mind that there was no coffee pot as I bring my own. The price was right all things considered and I was happy about that and will probably choose to stay again.”

“Very pleased. Hope to stay again in the future”

“床单让人感觉很久没有换过了，我竟然要用我自己车上的被子，白色的毛巾上有一块块黄色的斑点，我拿到服务台换了一次，还是有那些斑点，”

“Typical Motel. It’s clean and price is right”

“很好”
