“You can't see the beach from the rooms but it across the street. The motel is in need of updates and repair. We were in room 2. The guests on either side were extremely loud to 3 am, on a few occasions, making it an absolutely miserable experience. Grateful they allow dogs. The two dogs in room 1 were barkinng a lot and extremely annoying. Will not be back. ”

“Hotel is across the street from the ocean! Nice spacious room with comfortable beds.”

“The hotel was under construction. Very dangerous, a construction worker dropped a Metal pole from the second floor and almost hit my husband on the head.We were packing our car prior to check out. No advance warning was given about construction above us.Witnessed by foreman who said they were trying to beat the memorial day weekend rush. Not acceptable. Reported to front desk staff on check out.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Rustic, but spotless and had everything we needed. Assigned a parking spot just for us which was very helpful. We were here for an event at Wally's across the street. The Kitterey outlets are a 20 minute drive. Could not ask for a better location. Would definitely book again if in the area. ”

“We needed a late check in and called the Seabrook about 7pm, the lobby was going to be closed at 11 and since we arrived around midnight im glad we called and they were very accommodating. Continental breakfast was simple and hit the spot. We have stayed here multiple times when visiting UNH. Convenient to highway and a typical motor lodge experience.”

“Pains me a bit to write a not so good review, the owners were actually very nice, but we encountered things that shouldn’t happen. When we got to our room, they were in the middle of replacing the blinds, and everything was on the beds, scrap, papers, wrapping etc. We had to go tell the lady. Then we noticed a dirty towel, as if someone had wiped his mouth after eating chocolate. Then I tried to take a shower, no water. Had to go down again ; they had forgotten to turn the water on !
