“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and will rebook for our next trip if it is available. Lee is an outstanding and communicative host; the house was spotless and provided all that we needed.”

“We had a great stay. Thanks.”

“The townhouse was great, Muni is an attentive host. Everything was in order on arrival and the description matched the property. Easy to park, restaurants nearby, would stay again. ”

“Everything was great, the home is very spacious. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Everything was great!”

“Very clean and fairly quiet property and close to UW. Property has tight parking, but was greatful to have parking available. You have to be able to manage steps. The property is bright and welcoming with balcony and air-condition units in room when needed or wanted. Communication with Host was good and welcoming. Thank you, for allowing us to use your space.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Mona's place! Our party was multi-aged, including an 11yr old and an elderly grandparent with mobility issues. “Great space ! Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Coffee shops. Glad we had air conditioning in August. A lot of the little things are provided by the host. Would definitely stay here again.”

We liked that it was only a few blocks from us in Maple Leaf and within walking to coffee shops or the yoga studio in the morning and a short drive to downtown and North Seattle neighborhoods. The owner was communicative, and we didn’t have any issues during the stay. Overall I would highly recommend if you’re visiting the Seattle……

“The location of this facility was ideally close to many Seattle activities and the front yard was a beautiful mass of flowers. Unfortunately, it was not available for guests staying in the efficiency, behind the garage. Backyard was lackluster with a table and uncomfortable chairs. Efficiency is a bit larger than a standard hotel room and would have been better suited for a 1-2 night stay. A short warm shower, left the second person with a cold shower. Wardrobe can accomodate limited clothing……
