“My husband and I were celebrating my husbands birthday Our experience was wonderful from check in to check out! In particular when we went to have a swim one of the members of staff on the leisure centre desk was extremely helpful My husband… who is in his 60’s … has early onset Alzheimer’s. I was concerned about him being able to manager the locker system … remember which locker he was using but also the code and remembering that and how to input it etc. When I voiced this to the member of……
