“We had a wonderful time! We rode the Aufderheide scenic bikeway and the West Fir lodge was a perfect place to stay. Great food, a comfortable room and a nice place to sit outside and enjoy a drink. We had a lovely time and will be back again. The staff were so accommodating and nice. Thank you!”

“This place is magical. Be aware that there is no wifi or cell service, so be prepared to really unwind and tap into nature. We were greeted by helpful and welcoming staff. The adirondack chairs on the deck overlooking the river are the perfect place to unwind when you arrive and perhaps meet some new friends. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, but the wait time to serve it was not, shouldn't wait an hour to receive our order. Breakfast was superb. Steamboat is a gem.”
