Oceanside Loft Steps to the Beach & Pet Friendly - 1722L
Enjoy coastal charm and comfort in this stylish 1-bedroom loft ADU
vacation rental, located in the heart of South Oceanside! Inside, the unit is comfortable and modern, featuring mini-split heating and air conditioning throughout, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, and the in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. The loft features a king bed, while the living room provides a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space, accommodating up to four guests.
This pet-friendly loft allows your four-legged family members to enjoy the coastal experience alongside you. There is no designated parking for the unit, however street parking is available nearby. While the unit does not have ocean views or beachfront access, its convenient location puts the sand and surf within easy reach.
Located just a short stroll from the public beach access at Cassidy Street, this unit also offers easy access to local favorite restaurants and shops, making it an ideal base for a comfortable and convenient beach getaway to Oceanside.
Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
