“House has many amenities but the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property was lacking. Carpets need cleaned due to pet smells, many of the sink drains were stopped up and appliances were hard to use. Our family did have a good time but don’t know that we would stay here again.”

“We had a great time ! House is clean and in a convenient spot. Beds are comfortable. I just couldn't find a large skillet to cook in, I had to use a small one for family of 4. But made it work with a small one. Communication with owner is quick and reliable . ”

“The third bedroom is unbearably hot with no way to regulate the temperature. The wash cloths need to be replaced as they look clean until wet when the stains appear making them unusable.The pool is great and everything else was very nice.”

The property manager said that we could but that they charged by the hour to get in early. In all my experience with using VRBO I’ve never heard of a “policy” like that.
