“Every friendly and very clean! I loved the look of the place too! I will definitely be back!”

“很棒的旅店，性价比非常高。园林风格，房间宽敞、整洁，设施齐全。可把车停在房间外，很方便。 唯一美中不足的是没有早餐，不管是付费还是免费，只提供咖啡。 距离尼亚加拉瀑布40分钟车程，白天来回很方便，但如果晚上要看瀑布灯光秀，就得赶夜路了。”

“Good”

“酒店提前预定很便宜，离瀑布很近，早餐一般，每天都是一样的，两天后就吃腻了，房间隔音比较差，但是有一个超大号的浴缸”

“Not that good as the freezer cabinet is dirty and lack of bathing equipment.”

“NA”

“Great view!! Very clean and well cared for.”

“The place was okay the outside had overgrown bushes all around front and back. Also I was understanding that it had a beach area but it didn’t it was a big drop into the water. when we walked in home we were greeted with flies. Then we went to take a shower and some of the towels has hair and had a smell to them. The bedroom by front doors bed was very squeaky every time you moved it squeaked also it had no privacy since it had a glass door. Over all it was okay I can tell you all are doing……

“Nice place on the water ! Needs some cleaning and organizing outside. Floor needs repairing when you go in. Otherwise had a nice stay for the night.”

“My family of 5 absolutely loved our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. My 3 boys thought the path through the woods to the park and lake was the coolest thing they had ever seen. We played disc golf, went fishing, and spent hours on the shoreline finding sea glass and keepsake rocks. When we returned back to the house each day, exhausted but happy, we had a safe and comfortable place to relax and recoup for the next day’s adventures. Communication with Barbara was easy and quick. “The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.”

“Three beds for one room are good choice for my family, and if the stairs were cleaner, it would be better experience.”

“As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.”

“Great house & great communication!!”

“The outside of the property needs a good paint job but the inside was exactly as expected. Very quaint and comfortable.”
