"Room door stuck unless you learned trick on how to open. There was only one waste basket in the room. Breakfast was good but no variety, same every day. Only 2 elevators and one was out of order, per staff had been out for 8 days when we arrived for our 3 night 4 day stay."

"Honestly, this place wasn’t perfect but it was exactly what we needed! The tub was great, bed was comfy, and the staff were super nice. We had to get our room switched 3 times due to cleanliness and amenities not working, but our final room was great! There was minor water damage and a few broken things in the room, but it was clean other than that and we had a comfortable and very quiet stay. You can tell they are trying to improve this place so if you want a nice big bathtub and a cozy bed on a budget, it’s a great choice when stopping through town. The staff had zero issue moving us around and making sure we were accommodated and comfortable."

"The room were nice design. And room was very clean. Only concern in the room was that the mattresses were old as you could see significantly the dent in the middle. One big concern was the lobby had a very strong smell of cigarette or cigar. Very interesting because I didn’t see anyone smoking and it was only by the lobby."
