“Beautiful facility. Stayed overnight while traveling through. No intention of gambling, but really needed to have dinner. There was a line to get into the cafe but lots of empty tables. Tried room service several times but they wouldn’t even pick up the phone. None of the staff I spoke to knew of a problem or had a helpful solution. Finally spotted some prepackaged cut fruit and a sandwich at the Starbucks counter. These were delicious and averted a crisis for my elderly mother and me. Beautiful……

“they show a picture of an a frame that looks nice not where your staying that is an airb&b our room was in a house it was ok but not great the steps up to our room broke on the first step it was just ok not great”

“Under renovation. Not disclosed in Expedia information. No hot breakfast available. Reno dust all over food buffet area. Dining area not assessable due to reno. Visible mould on bathroom shower tile grout. Damaged and scraped paint on doors. Trip hazard on carpet to tile transition, in bathroom. Would not have stayed here if we had been told on the site that there was a renovation underway. I assume they were hiding the fact.”

“Shower pressure was 10/10. Front desk was 10/10. Even gave me recommendations for dinner. Location was good to everything. Easy to find right off i-86 next to Burger King.”

“The hotel and room are in pretty roughshape, and the towels all had some staining on them, and there was a smallstain on the bedsheets. The property itself was okay, although the parking lot had cones in it for travelers to avoid hazards. There were a lot of chemicals used to clean the room (perhaps because they allow pets?), and I ended up with a migraine. Also, there were no quiet hours- guests were screaming, making weird noises, and slamming doors until at least 1 am. The staff was polite……

“I thought the bathroom was in the room. There was a sink in the room but I had to go outside my room to use the toilet and shower. I called about it since there is no staff on site. I was told that there was nothing they could do as all rooms booked. When I arrived there were a few keys sitting there for people who had not arrived so think changes could have been made. My room reservation said park view. I had no park view. The location is very nice but beware of what your room actually is.……
