"Overall the place was nice. The woman at the check in counter was lovely and welcoming! The condo was nice for the most part. The beds were terrible though! I had to go by a mattress topper just to be able to sleep. Also, they say furnished with everything you need, but there was no toaster, pizza pan, or baking sheet. There was a pizza cutter though! The couches definitely need an upgrade. The bathroom with the tub did not have a working shower. The shower was there but it did not turn on. The water only stayed warm for about 10 mins so you couldn't even fill the tub. The property was very nice and clean. Very well maintained. And very close to pretty much anything you'd want to do in Williamsburg. I'd stay again, but would want a different condo next time! "

"Room was not very clean. Sheets on one bed were dirty, walls were all scuffed up, dorito bag under the couch; just felt dirty. Everything else was amazing. "

Room was clean but a bit on the shabby side (toilet wouldn't refill without some help, sink was cracked in multiple places, kitchen faucet was leaking significantly at the base and the room smelled like pot). Lobby staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very quiet room."
