"Very spacey 3 level house with an awesome view and a private beach. Loved the big bay window in the kitchen. 4 large TVs with premium channel packages. Rode the ferry, did the kayak and Chippokes park. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Enjoyed the little town of Surry, monster sub at the Ham shop and treats at the cupcake shop. Had a wonderful time at this property!!"

"This is a real gem. It is small but very accomodating. Love seeing the families enjoy themselves and seeing everyone walking their dogs. Very friebdly. Wish it hadn’t rain but our daughter still had a great time at the game room and the free ice cream. Wish the ac worked better in the game room amd bathrooms but they were not terrible so I still give them a good review. We stayed in the apprentice cabin and it was very nice and comfortable-exept the queen bed could have used a spring base...

"Get away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg and stay here! A very seamless and quick (free) car ferry ride across the James to get to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. This place is great for families. There is even a basketball hoops the kids enjoyed! Lots of space to move and very quiet and serene. We tried 2/3 restaurants in town, both good. Neighbors were friendly and lots of charm. Amanda was fabulous to work with during our stay."
