“This BNB is just outside of downtown Utica, and just far enough that the setting is quiet, peaceful, and serene. The house itself is charming inside and out. “Historical building with lots of character, lobby fireplace was warming on a rainy day. The first floor lobby and dining rooms are very dark, great atmosphere but bring a little flashlight. “I want to give this quaint hotel five stars. The place is beautiful, the staff are super friendly and helpful and professional! The restaurant was Devine - top notch food and spirits! It’s just that it’s not restful. We were up until the staff were done for the night, then other guests filtered in making their own racket. It’s an old house - so it’s truly not meant or designed to be sound-proof. Outside of the disruptions, this was a fantastic stay!”

“The stay was OK overall, but the floor from elevator to room was extremely cold ... which led my wife and I to not use the pool for fear of freezing when heading back to the room after a dip.
