Utica Zoo Tours

Bueno

The hotel itself is dated. However the beds are comfortable but carpet needs cleaning throughout hotel. Hotel room was next to Hwy, I could hear cars passing by at night. Our toilet was stopped us, We asked before game for service not done. We had to ask again after game for service. One side of sink was stopped up, we didn’t bother, We just used other sink since it was 2. We attended a Syracuse College game and the pub connected to hotel offered us round trip transportation for $5 dollars was nice. The Pub staff was good and drinks good as well. They offer a courtesy shuttle? Do not depend on it. I think the driver’s are volunteers on 10/31 Joe refused to drop us off, Stated “ he is busy, has things to do” front desk notified Supervisor and we had to walk to restaurant and uber back and Joe was allowed to refuse. On 11/01 I signed up for 10am back to airport Steven said I could sit in lobby he will take me with airline personnel, I waited until 1030am . Steven then said “ Flight is delayed I’m not leaving until 11am. Again I had to Uber. Location is Downtown. However Syracuse is small you can get anywhere within 20 minutes by Uber. Dinosaur is a Great BBQ spot near by.
