“I've spent the last 10 years coming to Cooperstown and staying a little further down the road, but when my regular hotel kept raising prices, I started looking for other options. This was a great location, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the view of the lake was perfect. I'm already planning to stay here again on my next visit to the area. ”

“The accommodations were great, unfortunately we picked 2 days where the restaurant was closed. Sabina was a great host and Dean was very helpful with directions and places to go in town.”

“I love that the lake was right out our door, my kids and i rented a kayak and enjoyed every minute together. Only down side is they dont offer breakfast and there is not many food places near by.. we had to drive about 15 minutes to McDonald's daily cause thats one of the only fast food places, everything else is a litlle pricey! As far as our room, i loved it!”

“We liked everything! Setting is gorgeous. Very good one choice breakfast. Basic but delicious. Deck is wonderful. 180 degree view of the lake. Expect to climb stairs to most rooms. Our room had a separate area for our grandson to sleep. Perfect . Definitely recommend.”

“I know the local area well and this hotel is the most reasonably priced in this area. Very clean and the staff is exceptional. Our bags were carried to our room without asking for help. They accept pets which is hard to find. There is a large dining room that can be used for meetings or banquets. Highly recommend.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay. The owner, Austin, was wonderful. He had tables all set up and breakfast ready in a relaxed setting. So many little touches...large windows with birds coming and going, plants on the tables and unique lamps, big back yard, and beautiful flowers. We would definitely stay here again. It was also very easy to meet and converse with other guests at breakfast.”

“Mike was there to greet us at check in. Gave us a bottle water and a tour of the beautiful home. Bathroom was immaculate. Towels and bathrobes were plush. Bed was comfortable. The portable fan was a welcome addition. Breakfast was fresh, hot and plentiful! And the drive to Cooperstown was lovely. ”

“I have had an excellent suite of rooms. The living room is very large. The bedroom is larger than my own bedroom at home. The bathroom is as big as the bedroom. It is exceptionally quiet as well. ”
