Located in the beautiful Sunrise Alejo community. Steps to 3 pools/hot tubs with views of mountains and pool from the living room and primary bedroom. One mile from Palm Canyon Drive ("the strip"), and one mile from Palm Springs airport. SUPER quiet neighborhood arranged in quadplexes...so no one above or below. Free laundry and garage parking and plenty of storage/closet space. Two bikes for use by guests. All furnishings and mattresses are brand new. Important: No parties please.
