“The Brown is a very special, classy beautiful historic hotel. The rooms were large and spacious, the bathrooms were very clean and modern, the old time ambiance was outstanding and the staff was exceptional. We will certainly be back! ”

“Overall was a great trip. Downfalls we experienced our room smelled like plant food but was clean. A little room air freshener then it was good. The plants made it feel homie. We had to pay for parking due to event we were unaware of prior to arriving. Loved the little kitchen it had in the room, sitting lounge area, and the coffee bar. We had walking distance to a lot of different attractions. Very friendly environment. Would stay again. ”

“Beautiful, clean, historic B&B!! Delicious, home cooked breakfasts and a very scenic, walkable neighborhood! Saturday Farmer’s Market just a few blocks away… We fully enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!”

“Meg and Melody were fantastic! Fun sharing stories about the mansion, and meeting others during breakfast - also appreciated the texts from Grace ahead of our stay with instructions on accessing the mansion, etc. Grace also recommended restaurants, and we had a magical evening at Buck's - Reggie played piano, Anthony greeted us warmly, reminisced about Buck (the prior owner), and shared a mutual admiration for Prince Rogers Nelson. Natalie was a dynamite server. Food and drinks were……

“Owners Thomas and Viji were great people. Made stay very convenient and fun! Check in and out are super easy! Breakfast was made a lovely chef who went out the way for my dietary restriction. Loved my stay and will make this my stop in Louisville ”
