“The staff was alert and helpful. The hotel was very clean. There's a little furniture and flooring wear and tear but the areas that mattered most, bathrooms, beds and common areas were impeccable. The staff was very kind.”

“The manager was nice - not else good can I say - 1 elevator and it was out of service our room was on 3 we were checking in at 2am- next day mgr moved us- ants in bathroom and on the coffee bar that had water and coffee grounds and sticky stuff still on coffee tray- carpet didn’t look like it had been vac’d…. And the last night and morning as we were leaving ants were in the bed and a black bug that I smashed on the bed- hoping it wasn’t a roach- breakfast area had fruit loops all over -juice……
