“This stay was great but short. Everything from the bedding to the lobby to the restaurant was perfect. Only thing that they need to improve is fixing the Jets in the Jacuzzi because the pumps evidently are not working. And if they can make the sauna or steam area hotter would be great .other than that Pura Vida fantastic. Also the best shower ever . Staff very friendly and go out of there way to make your stay memorable ”

“Great family place, relaxing, fairly quiet in early May. Nice pools, hot springs very hot to hot to warm as they cascade down terrace. Sauna was hot as well, great shower booths around pool. Breakfast buffet included was awesome and reasonable priced dinners delicious with incredible view of volcano if you sit on edge of open restaurant (no AC but was ok in am and dinner with fans). Large portions, our two sons did not go hungry. Staff was amazing and friendly, rooms clean, room AC cold,……

“The hotel is very quaint with beautiful vegetation and very peaceful; beautiful views of the Arenal. The staff were very friendly. It was quiet and clean and felt like we were away from everything yet it was very close to the center of town, which was great. My 2 suggestions would be to accommodate the rooms with a small dryer for clothing/bathing suits as there is no where to dry the bathing suits and due to the moisture and humidity of the area clothes do not dry overnight. “Without a doubt the most incredible property I’ve ever visited. Our mountain(volcano!) view was jaw dropping, truly something I’ll never forget. The infinity pool and hot tub area enjoyed the same view! The restaurant is 5-star, truly a pleasure. The grounds are gorgeous and felt very safe; and don’t even get me started on the monkeys we watched from our balcony as they swung through the lush trees. “6/11/24: we stayed here for 3 nights. It was our 30th anniversary and wife’s bday. This is an amazing place. The rooms are beautiful. The view of the volcano is stunning! The staff were helpful from the moment we checked in until our checkout. I will return again and hope this review helps others when deciding whether to stay. You can’t go wrong with this hotel.”

“Pictures do not do it justice. Hotel was great room was just right and the cleaned pergevtly everyday we asked for it. Staff was great with bag help and setting up excursions. Location was great 5$ cab to downtown and con vienient to be picked up for excursions. Volcano is right with a great view from the deck!!! Had a few minor things with the restaraunt but still an 8/10. Upstairs there is a small patio for drinks and bar menu, tables had swings for seats, wife loved it. Could use a nice……

“We had a wonderful stay at Noah’s Forest by Tifakara. It is a small and very intimate resort. The grounds are immaculate and all of the staff are helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the self serve coffee machines as well as the complementary breakfast. With its location only 10 minutes from town it makes for a perfect stay in La Fortuna.”
