“The staff were friendly and helpful. The service was impeccable. I loved the multiple thermal pool option and cold plunge. They even had an infinity pool towards the back of the resort. I loved that they provided an umbrella being that its a rainforest and who would think to pack an umbrella on vacation??? They gave us a complimentary wine bottle which was a nice touch, although my husband and I do not drink wine. We chose the room with the volcano view. It was the perfect spot to catch the……
