“Es un hotel muy cómodo, amplio, tranquilo, el personal amable, las camas cómodas, siempre llego a la quinta y salgo contenta,me agrada,lo recomiendo, volveré.”

“Because the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new and the hygiene is good, but it is not equipped with drinking water and coffee machines, and there are no microwave ovens and other basic facilities. The breakfast is also very simple, with little food and poor taste, which is lacking as a three-star hotel.”

“The was not a good breakfast, the fruit was old and soft. They didn't have many selections. The elevator didn't work properly and the microwave in my room door kept getting stuck. I had to unplug it to open the door”

“Very comfortable”

“It's a great location, nice beds and large suites, but it's showing its age. Carpets need replacing, and you can only paint over the nicks and dents so many times. I'll stay again, but don't expect the Ritz.”

“The hot tub and pool would benefit from more attention. Skimming for one. The hot tub jets were powerless, and the water level was low. This is unfortunate because it was a primary reason I selected this property. The blanket on the bed was too thin and light for my taste. The breakfast was highly commendable. That young lady does a wonderful job. The dining area is clean and the food is surprisingly good, and the selection very nice. She's friendly and upbeat also. I like the yogurt dispenser,……

“設備簡單，但齊全，早餐只可以話飽肚，事實亦並不豐富，酒店附近都係貨倉或工業用地，但亦有兩間連鎖式快餐店。我入住的時間（February-March )是鳳凰城全年最好天氣的時候，所以可能租金較貴。”

“They provide an excellent breakfast every morning and we really enjoyed the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The room was clean and comforting.”

“好像睡在马路边 洗手池味道很臭 报警器好像没电池了 响了一夜”

“Typical hotel stay.”

“Our check in was awesome. BRIANNA was great! We loved her. We didnt spend much time here, but everything was good except our blinds in the room were stuck in the open position about 1/2 way. ( there is a switch in the wall to lift them up or down that didnt work) It was late when we got in the room so I didnt call about it. I took our pillows and shoved them in the window to help me feel safer. I didnt want people looking in. Thats just uncomfortable. I spoke to a gentleman at the front desk……

“Stayed one night. Very close to 101 freeway so it was very loud traffic noise all night. No hair dryer no coffee pot. Very minimalistic. Very basic. But kitchen area w full size fridge and dishwasher seemed nice though we didn’t use it, and good sized bathroom. Loud Fight/argument w a man and woman in the hallway at 5:00 am was not pleasant either All n all just would not recommend”
