"I really really love this place. It was nice and clean , bug free had no problems at all. I love the girl in the office with a long hair. I don’t know her name, but she was wonderful. "Expedia needs to please get in touch regarding this booking. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was checked into a room that was still under maintenance. A used toilet plunger was outside the door upon arrival. Broken bathroom shelving, bathroom shower broken and no hot water, toilet not affixed to the floor and a box of cigarettes in the bathroom. Also the mini fridge was not cleaned and glass shelving left on room floor. And cobwebs on the balcony glass sliding door. I was told that Keith the maintenance person who was brought up to the room by the manager Ave, neglected to say that the room was not prepared for guests. When moved to another room the next day, it had a continuous leaking bathroom faucet, a broken latch for the balcony door (major safety hazard) many small ants and baby cockroaches. I couldn’t sleep a wink and had to leave all the lights on all night. And unfortunately, all surrounding hotels were fully booked and we had to stay the 3 nights and left first thing at checkout. There was no agreement of compensation when before we left and when asked to see a manager was told no one was available due to being in n meetings all day! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! And if I wasn’t concerned about my safety and my daughter’s safety I would have stayed in my car! I am demanding a full refund."

"We stayed here for Rockville, and while we didn’t spend much time at the hotel it was clean, the air was cold. It was well stocked and right on the beach!"

"The view from the porch was the best beach view I’ve had. This facility could easily have a top rating if a little more money was invested in the rooms. The huge bath tub/spa had a hole in it and the extra large shower had no door and it was obvious the door had been removed (infilled screw holes and the seal was still attached to the opposing wall). The doors to the rooms need scrubbing (filthy) or new paint jobs. The staff was friendly and there was no problem in that aspect. Again, this could easily be a top notch facility with a little investment. It is located in an excellent location with plenty of restaurants, stores and other amenities nearby. I would definitely return to this hotel if they put some effort into the hotel "

"Everything was so very clean and sanitized. The view was stunning, and the pool was pleasantly heated. Beach was very accessible and easy to clean up after before reentering the building. Each room also felt like its own private oasis and no other rooms blocking views. Will be staying again!"

"Beach is nice and clean. As was the pool. Rooms clean, only thing I did not like was the shower had a half door. However, that did not make or break my rating of the property as that’s just preference. Great place. Will be back again"

"Clean room friendly staff ac blasting if you come during turtle nesting season it is hard to see at night! Seeing the beach from the room or stepping out to sit on the chairs right by the door was nice"
