I would stay again
"Staff was friendly, service good. The breakfast needs a lot of work. The room I was in, the bathroom needed to have door hinges and TP dispensers replaced (both were rusty. Still functioned but unsightly. ) Overall I think I would stay there again if I need a place to stay in Orange City FL"

"Accurate listing. Property inside is very nice however amenities are minimal. No spare towels or kitchen towels. Also, water pressure in guest restroom is very low and thr water temperature fluctuates to extremes. Goes from hot shower to very cold without adjusting. Overall, nice for a quick ..."
