“Location was perfect, view was gorgeous, resort was friendly and well maintained, host was responsive, check-in was effortless. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place was not acceptable. It was a big disappointment. We had to do quite a bit of cleaning to feel comfortable staying at the place. The host did give us some money back, but it put a damper on our vacation. We'd recommend better and deeper cleaning and that some of the accommodations (beds, kitchen utensils, etc.) need to be……
