“If I were to rate this property based solely on location, I would give it five stars since it sits directly on the beach. Most rooms have balconies and we enjoyed several amazing sunrises, and time on the beach. Two of the three front desk personnel could have been friendlier. The place itself needs maintenance and updating. They do have a small restaurant which is convenient. The service and food were average. They offer nightly entertainment at a small venue that is attached and looks……

“Had my kids visiting from Arizona and wanted to show them how beautiful the outer banks was. After getting refunded a larger amount for a smaller room at a neighboring hotel because I only booked one night (3 night minimum during season) I booked a room here at the Mariner Inn and I must say it was a blessing in disguise. Not only did they not have some stupid 3 day requirement The room was spacious and full of amenities! The views were gorgeous and we had one of the best nights of our lives!.……
