The room smelled awful, very musty and unable to open a window because they are screwed shut. It was clean but old and worn. Staff was helpful especially when my keycard stopped working . Overall I guess you get what you pay for. I'm just glad it was only one night.

I love coming to this place. This is the third time that one of my family members or me have stayed here. I stayed here this year and last year. I love the amenities and the pool is my favorite. The beds are nice and soft. And everyone is really polite. I love looking at the the dolphins from my balcony every morning. I hope everyone enjoys it like I have.

The first room we were placed in was horrible. Dirty microwave, refrigerator, air filters, sheets were stained and headboard was filthy. The lock on the door to our balcony was broken. We were switched to a new room the next day. It was cleaner, but sill not we expected based on the money we were charged. The restaurant food and staff were EXCELLENT!!!!
