"Perfect location in Birch Bay, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and ocean view. Really clean and nicely remodeled. Comfy and enjoyable. The outside of the building and the shared amenities (pool, hot tub, game room) are dated and a little rundown but the inside of the condo makes up for it. "

"Good location for walking to the main strip and lots of options for restaurants. The patio view is of the back of property so you’re looking at the parking lot and tennis courts. Unfortunately the downstairs tenants smoked outside. That smoke was drifting up into the condo having the sliding door open. "

"Rosemary is great to deal with. Unit is in a great location but is very dated and feels like you hate to sit on the furniture really needs to be updated, stains on the furniture etc. Unit was cleaned well but hard to get very old furniture looking good."
