“I had a great stay here. The property is on the older/outdated side, but it was clean and everything worked fine. The attached cafe is only open for breakfast and lunch, so expect to venture out for dinners if you're not cooking. Staff was all very friendly and welcoming. I would stay again!”

“Clean. Fun artwork. Nice bed. Well supplied kitchen, though we didn't use it. Nice bathroom. Eclectic collection of books. It would be nice to have hooks on wall or a coat tree for coats, especially if it's rainy. There's a perfect spot next to fridge. (We didn't want to use the cleaning closet.) ”

“STAY here if you love kind hosts, comfy beds, the best breakfast & ofcourse the hottub! We stayed 1 night in the nuthatch room & already can’t wait to be back! Give yourself time to enjoy the porch while sipping hot tea too! The hosts even made my breakfast dairy free without any issues ”

I could see how in the middle of the summer, it would be quite busy and may not be quite as relaxing. But we enjoyed our stay very much!! It was nice how it was close to town but not so close that there were people everywhere. ”
