“We had a great stay!The location is perfect for taking advantage of all the local area has to offer. You are close to Wewa, Tyndall AFB if you are military like us, Pt St Joe & it’s not even a bad drive to Pier Park.We took our boat and although the seas didn’t cooperate the slip was nice & very convenient! The place was clean.The garage parking was convenient to loading and unloading and there is an elevator although we didn’t use it.The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice.The good……

“This condo was perfect, affordable and convenient for our last minute getaway. We asked if the unit was available for early check-in since we would be arriving in the area much earlier than 4 PM. Fortunately, the unit had already been cleaned and we were granted early check in. This was a huge bonus for us to make the most of our great, albeit short trip!”

“We were all very comfortable and very happy with the unit. The elevator was so very helpful. The view was beautiful and the porch a very nice place to sit even in the rain. Nancy, the host, was more than accommodating. She responded so quickly and was very helpful. The bed was very high and the toilets very low and difficult for someone with mobility issues is the only negative comment I could make. I wonderful place to stay.”

“Great property...right on the beach. Amenities abound. We had trouble with the lock on front door & we were not told how to lock the door in check in procedures. Be that as it may, the location is the best in Mexico Bch. Beach is pristine. Parking is outstanding right below the bldg. Rate fees were high but I justify the price is ok based on the amenities & privacy. It gets 4.7 out of 5.”

“I rented Peaceful and Quiet Vacation Spot to spend spring break with my daughter, granddaughter, and grandsons. It certainly was quiet and peaceful! I was a little nervous about being across the road from the beach, however, the view from our balcony was beautiful and it was not difficult to cross the street to the beach.
