“Outstanding impeccably clean condo. Nicely renovated, soft bed, nice community pool for adults and kids. Excellent communication from the host. Couple blocks from the public beach and restaurants. Two adults enjoyed the condo, but no place to layout your clothes so we used the lower bunkbed. Located in the Sweet Spot of 30A, great relaxing feel. Having a disability, it would be nice to have one handicapped spot for each building side, or add a checkbox on your listing so accommodations can……

“This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game!”

“Beach Access”

“We had a great trip! Everything was as described. Clean room, quick communication and very close to the beach/pool and everything needed.”

“Perfect location! Great places to eat within walking distance. Had trouble with gate code to the beach access, and my door code did not work when I first arrived. Used a public beach access down the road but really needed the code to work on gates - heard other complaints from other guests as well. Overall, the property is perfect! I will book again for sure.”

“4.5 stars The room was very nice. All the appliances worked. The host was excellent at communicating. The only issue was the AC. We were informed it wasnt working right. It was fine during day but at night, we need it at 72 but temp had to stay at 74 or warmer. We woke up sweating several times during nights. Property itself was under construction, elevators were few and long waits. Parking garage was small but the reserved spot was nice. We used ride share so we wouldn't have to keep……
