“Sadly our flights were cancelled due to the UK Air Traffic Control technical issue on Sep 8. All flights were impacted. Our rebooked flight was also cancelled. I contacted Expedia to see if they could contact the hotel and explain our situation. Expedia spoke to Mateo who advised Expedia that he could not cancel the reservation and issue a credit. While I completely understand that this was last minute but it was due to a very unfortunate issue in the UK.”

“This hotel is American style, very different from the hotels in my last journey. The staff are so sweet helping my email printing. The breakfast is so adorable and abundant. You need to have a car to stay here. However, $5 for parking in the hotel can be considered. After all, there are many parking space around the hotel.”

“The hotel was a very nice experience overall. The property is quaint and unique. Great views. I opted for the breakfast and dinner option which was highly recommended. Dinner was a 4 course tasty meal with a very good deal. Breakfast could use more varieties. ”

“The room was spacious and the bathroom especially had a large shower. When we arrived a sign on the door directed us to the coffee shop next-door, and a nice young lady took us upstairs to our room. She explained that we could also receive a free breakfast the next morning at the coffee shop, which consisted of coffee, juice, and a good pastry– nice treat. You may find the stairs to be a challenge if you are not on a lower level since there is no elevator. There is a beautifully decorated……

“Calm,safe,and parking easily. Kind of remote country, so driving arriving in daytime is easier than night. Helpful and hospitality host. Breakfast is good with cut fresh vegetables and fruits. Herbs bathing supplies are very good. 安靜，安全，停車方便。 算是很偏僻的鄉間，所以日間開車抵達飯店比夜晚開車的好。 非常樂於助人，熱情好客的主人。很棒的早餐，有切好的新鮮蔬果。草藥的盥洗用品非常棒。”

“Absolutely Not 5 star, should be 3 star at best. I only book 5 star and have never been disappointed in Italy, regardless of staying in small towns like Bolsena. Overall Under staffed, at least for 5 star. The single pool staff person would leave for hours at a time each day, leaving you unable to get drinks or food. The Included Breakfast was pretty typical for Italian hotels, the serving staff also makes the omelettes. So no coffee or service if someone orders bacon and eggs. Also the food……
