“Close to shore and restaurants. Staff was very helpful, but their printer was broken to help me out. Also no elevator, but again staff was very helpful in moving luggage up to 2nd floor. Not a big problem for us but if you had to leave between 11 PM and 7 AM the office is closed with no personnel (so make sure you know this). All in all, I will choose it again but make sure I depart when help is readily available.”

“Friendly, responsive staff to messages and calls, but there's hardly ever anyone at reception, and we had to go through a multi-step process over the phone to get in as we were arriving late. Rooms was clean and spacious enough, but somewhat poorly maintained, e.g. old mattresses, broken toilet flush buttons, bathroom mirror lights not working, shower door didn't close properly. Needs a revamp. Excellent location for the Port for those getting a cruise ship, easy 15 min walk to the bus station……

“My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. ”
