“Debbie on reception was lovely. We arrived at 10:30pm. We went to the bar where the bartender told us he would have to open the till and we would have only one drink as he was closing, Floor tile cracked on bathroom floor and no facecloths in bathroom. The mattress was very poor quality.”

“Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room.”

“Staff were all lovely and also excited to greet our toddler. Lodges were incredibly cozy, worth booking less so in the summer as heating options were available but no cooling options if it's a particularly hot season. Hot tub was great to relax in after day trips out or if with children and dropping them off at the soft play facility (look to book a time slot in advance).
