“We stayed for 1 night in late June 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay which included participating in a Kitchen Party in the hotels restaurant - What Fun! It is ideally located next to St Peters Canal National Historic site, really comfortable and a welcoming place to stay, We recommend.”

“The room wasn’t the cleanest - there was popcorn and cheesies under our bedroom table. The floor throughout was dirty. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. The community has a great selection when it comes to dining out and fast-food places. The lakes and ocean views are breathtaking.”

The lawn is so over grown I’m really not sure where this so-called badminton net would be erected. There is no shingles on one half of the roof and the water damage was evident everywhere inside. “The Lakeside Dome is a perfect spot for a quiet getaway. We enjoyed the view of the lake and it was very close to the Dundee resort where we were attending a wedding. A nice retreat.”

The magical path to the beach is lit with fairy lights and although a fire ban was in place during our visit we enjoyed their deck fire pit on crisp October nights. “The view of the lake is magnificent. The house is charming and comfortable.”

“Looking for peace and quiet with an amazing view; this is the place to go. The wooden cottage is located up a hill with an amazing view on Lake Bras d’Or. The pictures are 100% accurate. Only thing to keep in mind, the drive up the hill is quite steep and the gravel road is quite bumpy. If you don’t drive a 4x4 or an awd vehicle, make sure your car is not too close to the ground or you could scrape and cause damage.”
