Comfort Inn Sydney - Cape Breton

"Hotel was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were the most comfortable we slept in on our 3 day road trip. They also had a pretty decent breakfast and coffee and lemon infused water are always available in the lobby. The main downside to this property is that there were no elevators and we had a long walk to our room and then we had to climb the stairs with our bags. Nonetheless I would stay at this hotel again."

"Central location for our local island exploration! Room initially very dark with no central light and rather dim lamps. After expressing concern the front desk arranged for two larger lamps to be brought to our room… this made it much better. One suggestion for management… it would be helpful to make available some type of local map, such as those commonly containing advertisements for local businesses."
